We always act to the best of our knowledge and belief. As a consumer protection organization in Germany, there is always the potential to get confused with the consumer advice center or other organizations. We would like to point out that we are not the consumer advice center and do not belong to it. Federal Consumer Assistance does not seek to replace the consumer advice center or to compete with it; We are the self-representative organization of consumers in Germany and, unlike the consumer advice center, we are independent of the state.
