The Presidium
Federal consumer assistance is managed by the Presidium and represented in a public manner. However, the President and Vice President always work together with the Federal Executive Board. Together they form the overall legal representation of federal consumer assistance.
The President of Federal Consumer Aid
Ricardo Dietl
The President of the Federal Consumer Aid is the legal representative of the Federal Consumer Aid. As of December 1, 2021, this is Ricardo Dietl.
Ricardo Dietl played a key role in founding Federal Consumer Aid in 2021. He has already been managing director of several startups, including the internationally active Media Entertainment Group.
Federal Secretariat
The Federal Secretariat supports the President of the Federal Consumer Aid in carrying out his office as well as in higher-level tasks, such as the media-effective representation of the association or the overall strategic direction. It acts as a pulsating heart that coordinates and effectively controls processes. Under the leadership of the Director General, the Federal Secretariat embodies the backbone of the internal organization and makes a decisive contribution to achieving the goals and visions of federal consumer assistance.
